Terms of use
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This is a draft while Tottr is in its pilot. It will be finalised, with the name and address of the company that runs Tottr, before the apps are publicly available. Pilot clinics also sign a separate agreement.
Using Tottr
These terms cover Tottr Pro (for clinics) and the Tottr app (for parents and guardians). By using either, you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
For clinics and their staff
- Clinical decisions are yours. Dose calculations, presets, guideline summaries and AI-drafted notes are aids. The treating doctor must check every prescription and note before saving or printing it.
- Keep sign-ins to the right people. Give access only to your own staff, at the right role, and remove people who leave.
- Get consent. Record information with a parent’s or guardian’s consent, and get agreement each time before recording a consultation.
- Your records are yours. You can ask us for a copy of your clinic’s records at any time. We use them only to provide Tottr to you.
- Follow the law, including medical-records, prescription and data-protection rules that apply to your clinic.
For parents and guardians
- Use the app only for children you are the parent or lawful guardian of.
- The app shows what your child’s clinic has saved. For questions about a diagnosis or medicine, ask the clinic.
- In an emergency, don’t use the app — go to the nearest hospital or call 112.
- Keep your phone and sign-in secure. Tell your clinic if your number changes.
What you must not do
- Access records you are not entitled to see, or try to get around access controls.
- Upload anything unlawful, or use Tottr to send unwanted messages.
- Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the apps.
Availability and changes
During the pilot, features may change and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We will give clinics notice before changes that affect how they work.
Liability
Tottr is provided to support care, not to replace a doctor’s judgement. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for clinical decisions made using the apps. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Ending use
Clinics can stop using Tottr at any time and get a copy of their records. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts patients’ information at risk.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions or help with the apps: support@tottr.in.
